Sofa Manufacturer in Malaysia: Made in Our Own Perak Factory
Looking for a sofa manufacturer in Malaysia? Lazio Sofa makes its sofas in our own factory in Lahat, Perak, and sells them at our own factory outlets in Ipoh and Bukit Mertajam (Penang). Lazio is part of TD Furniture Group, which has been building furniture in Perak since 2002. Because the sofa goes from our production line to our own factory outlet, there is no importer and no retail markup in between.
Made in our own Perak factory
Every Lazio sofa is built in Lahat, just outside Ipoh. We start with a solid hardwood frame, add high-density foam and your choice of fabric or leather, and check every piece before it leaves the factory floor. Making our own sofas means we control the quality at each step, and we can answer exactly how any model is put together.
What we make
- Sofa sets and 3-seater sofas: 1+2+3 sets, with every model also sold as a 3-seater on its own.
- L-shape sofas and corner and U-shape sofas.
- Recliner sofas: manual and power recliners, single seats to full sets.
- Modular sofas and sofa beds.
- Leather sofas in PU, half-leather and genuine leather, and fabric sofas.
Custom-made to your size and fabric
Because we are the manufacturer, most models can be adjusted in size and layout, and you choose the fabric or leather and colour. Changes are free until production starts. Bring your room measurements to a factory outlet, or WhatsApp us at 016-543 3388, and our team will help you choose.
